🏆 Coaching Career:

University of Denver (2024–Present): Associate Head Coach - Offensive Coordinator, Recruiting Coordinator & Draw Coach. Punched a ticket to the NCAA tournament after leading the Pioneers to winning the Big East Championship along with notable wins over #5 Michigan and #10 Stanford. Coached Big East Attacker of the Year, Lauren Black as well as the new single game draw record holder at DU and in the Big East, Alex Dorr.

Penn State University (2023–2024): As Offensive Coordinator and Draw Unit Coach, she guided the Nittany Lions to victories over four nationally ranked teams, including a historic win over No. 1 Northwestern, and an appearance in the Big Ten Championship game.

Ohio State University (2021–2023): Three seasons as Offensive Coordinator and Draw Unit Coach, she mentored midfielder Chloe Johnson, who set the programs single season and tied single game draw record. Notable wins over Michigan, Penn State and Rutgers.

University of Connecticut (2019–2020): During the COVID-19-shortened season, she contributed to a 5–2 record, with the team scoring 19 or more goals in four of their five wins. Coaching Sydney Watson to beating UConn’s single game draw record in the short season.

🇺🇸 International Experience:

Gold Medalist! In September 2024, VanThof represented the United States in the inaugural Women's Box Lacrosse World Championship in Utica, New York.

🥍 Collegiate and Professional Career:

Loyola University Maryland: set the record for most draws in a single game (21), season (146), and career (392), and became one of three players in Patriot League History with 100 draw controls in multiple seasons. Team captain, 2019 Patriot League Midfielder of the Year, a Tewaaraton Award Semifinalist and IWLCA Second Team All-American.

Athletes Unlimited: Played three seasons as a Midfielder and Draw Specialist

WPLL: Drafted out of college and played two seasons
